Test Bed Systems: Our test bed approaches are always customer driven and we will design the required test bed for rapid and effective production line testing. As an example, a photo of a typical test bed for small electrical motors is depicted. By placing the motor in the holder, a complete sound and vibration classification will be performed, without mounting any sensors at all. The acoustically designed side walls help suppress the background noise without hindering the test. The rest of the background noise is addressed using signal processing methods.
